Presentation Guidelines for the 3rd World Conference on Meteotsunamis

Oral Presentations:

  • Please submit your presentation file (PowerPoint or PDF) to the technical staff in the session hall before your session starts.
  • Time Allotment: 
    • 20 minutes in total (15 min + 5 min Q&A)
  • Invited Speaker Presentations: 
    • 30 minutes total

Poster Presentations:

  • Time Allotment: 
    • 5 minutes in total (For the poster presentations, authors are encouraged to prepare a PowerPoint slide.) In addition to this poster presentation session, where the authors have the opportunity to introduce their research, there will be a dedicated Poster Session on the second day, Tuesday 15, 16:20 - 18:00, in the Poster Hall.)
  • Poster size: Standard A0 dimensions (118cm x 84 cm). Posters should be designed vertically.
  • Please remain by your poster during the scheduled time to engage with attendees.
  • Poster authors must bring their printed poster to the conference.
