Registration and accommodation fees are including, 

• 4 night accommodation in an all-inclusive hotel (all drinks and all meals from the buffet),
• Fully access to the conference hall (attending to the technical presentations and poster presentations),
• Coffee Breaks,
• Airport transfer only on 13 October and 17 October. (For private transfer, excluding the 13 and 17 October contact with conference secretariat via info@3rdmeteotsunami.org)

For Students

We are pleased to offer a limited number of discounted accommodation and registration fees for students attending the conference.

** Turkish Airlines is the official airline of "3rd World Conference on Meteotsunamis", special discounts are offered for all delegates. To proceed with the online booking tool, please visit Turkish Airlines website and use the event code "024TKH24" under the Promotion code field at the payment page.**

Terms and Conditions

General

1. Early registration must be accompanied by payment. Otherwise, it will not be processed and the standard registration fees will be applied.
2. Standard registration must be accompanied by payment. Otherwise, it will not be processed and the onsite registration fees will be applied.
3. Registrations are valid for those who register and complete the payment. Registrations are non-transferable.
4. For those who do not accommodate at the hotel, the registration fee includes participation in scientific programs, lunch, refreshments between 09.00 and 18.00, wifi connection and congress bag. If you would like to stay after 18.00, you will need to pay for another day fee.
5. The accompanying person's fee only includes accommodation and social programs.

6. Child discounts are only valid with two parents. 

   • 1^st child is free at 0-12 ages 

   • 2^nd child is free at 0-2 ages.

7. All participants can use the transportation between the hotel and Bodrum Milas Airport at certain times.                 (Transportation will be organized at fixed times and announced on the conference website. Personal requests may not be accommodated.) 

Cancellation Policy

1. Registration fees will not be refunded in any circumstances.
2. Changing of attendance is only possible until 30 September 2024.

Special Notice

• In accordance with current EU sanctions, for those who would like to join the Meteotsunami conference from Russia, please contact us from info@3rdmeteotsunami.org for the registration or accommodation due to the restrictions for the payment of the fees.
